英国留学2022年4月6日前必须返校？在家上网课学位不再认证？

　　英国政府更新了《英国高校新冠肺炎防疫操作指导意见》，该《指导意见》指出，针对2021至2022学年，签证宽限期(visa concession)到2022年4月6日为止，所有国际学生在此时限之前不申请签证、在家上网课是允许的(All international students are allowed to take online classes at home without applying for visas before this time limit)，那么4月6日以后呢?该文件没有说明。

　　英国大学要求学生返校是基于英国防疫政策做出的。自从2021年7月19日英国全面解封以来(Since the full unsealing of the UK on July 19, 2021)，英国大学已经在2021年9月、10月开始的新学年全面实行课堂授课。

　　2021年12月至今，英国疫情随着omicron病毒的迅速传播而剧烈反弹，但英国完全依靠大规模核酸检测和疫苗接种，而不是限制防疫政策。

　　返校截止日期定为2022年4月6日，一方面为留学生预留缓冲期，规避疫情风险，另一方面也督促留学生返校 尽快采取线下考试，保持正常的课堂教学和评价机制。

　　仍在家里上网课的中国学生应尽量遵守英国相关指导，待疫情缓解后尽快返校。

　　制定返校期限是否意味着全年在家上网课将不能得到学位认证?

　　全日制网课学位认证的前提是，在疫情背景下，英国大学允许中国学生在家学习网课(In the context of the epidemic, British universities allow Chinese students to study online classes at home)，如果英国大学允许，保证能拿到学位，国内的学位认证应该没有问题。

　　不过，随着英国疫情的逐渐缓和，英国大学的态度也越来越敏感(With the gradual easing of the epidemic in Britain, the attitude of British universities has become more and more sensitive)，在国内通过在线课程获得学位和学位认证的先决条件正在松动。
